How to make the most of a discovery call

  • Send your last three tenders ahead of the call. Doesn't matter if they're wins or losses — both teach us something.
  • Bring your typical month's tender volume. Helps us recommend the right plan tier on the call.
  • Tell us your sector mix. Commercial fit-out is straightforward; industrial and specialist process work shifts the conversation.
  • Be honest about what's not working. The most useful calls start with "estimating is keeping me up at night because…"
